Description
The PSA Nitrogen Generator is an air separation unit which is based on molecular sieves selective adsorption of oxygen from air and can continuously generate gas nitrogen with a purity 90-99.9995% at ambient temperature, and the adsorbed oxygen can be desorpted by decreasing the adsorbed bed pressure resulting cyclical adsorption-desroption operation.
This PSA Nitrogen Generating System is composed of Compressed Air System, Compressed Air Purification System, PSA Nitrogen Making System and Nitrogen Storage System. Air compressor provides compressed air with certain pressure; Air purification system purifies compressed air by removing the dust, oil and water; Nitrogen separation system produce qualified nitrogen gas with PSA technology; Nitrogen Storage system provides a stable source and store nitrogen gas.
